Brother.
For boys becoming men.
Boys deserve a program built for them.
Most wellbeing programs weren't designed with boys in mind. The ones that exist often don't speak their language — too soft, too abstract, or too much like another worksheet to fill in.
Brother. changes that. Built by a Head of Sport and a school counsellor who kept seeing the same gap — capable, good boys with no language for what they were going through — Brother. is honest, active, and real. A 12-month school-based mentoring program that meets boys where they are.
Wellbeing and academic performance are the same conversation. A boy who knows himself, who can manage what's going on in his head, who has strong relationships — that boy shows up differently in the classroom, on the field, and at home.
See it for yourself.
This is the student intro video. The first thing boys watch. It sets the tone for the whole program.
Teachers log in. Press play. Follow the guide.
No specialist training. No prep. No extra planning load. Brother. is built so any teacher or wellbeing coordinator can pick it up and run it with confidence.
Video
Silvio and John speak directly to boys in every module. Raw, honest, filmed in a studio. Boys watch it at the start of each session.
Activity
Each module has a physical or group activity — introduced at the end of the video so it comes from Silvio and John, not just the teacher.
Teacher Handbook
Everything the teacher needs: how to open the session, the activity instructions, discussion questions, what to watch for in the room.
Student Workbook
Boys keep one workbook for the full year. Each module page includes a gratitude section, activity reflection, and personal questions.
9 modules. Real conversations.
Each module covers something boys are already dealing with — built around movement, honesty, and the kind of discussion that actually sticks. New content added throughout the year.

Brother. was created by two people who work with boys every day — and got tired of watching them go through it without the right support.

"We built this because we wish someone had built it for us."
What boys walk away with.
- A stronger sense of self and identity
- Tools to manage stress and pressure
- Healthier friendships and boundaries
- Confidence in who they are
- Resilience that actually shows up
- Language to express what they feel
- A program they can point to when the data improves
- Something they'll remember long after the year ends
What schools are saying.
"Having the messages I feel are essential as a parent delivered to my son in a way that truly hits the mark is invaluable. Having these targeted conversations at school means he is hearing this from someone other than me. And sometimes, the message lands much better when it is delivered in this way."
Emilly, parent."Until now we have either had our teachers planning their wellbeing lessons themselves, or using very general and vague frameworks with resources that were just not engaging for our students. Now we have a fully resourced program that our teachers can press play on, and let Silvio and John do all the work for them. What I'm seeing is that our teachers can be the 'guide on the side', able to really be there for kids, because they're not driving yet another initiative. It's all there for them, in a way that our boys really connected with. Cannot talk up this program enough!!!"
